Welcome to the Fluid Intelligence era. Please review the rules governing your use of the Filesquid platform and file management interface . Filesquid is a software tool that enables users to connect their cloud storage accounts (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive) and display selected files on their Wix website through a widget interface.
Filesquid does not store, host, or duplicate user files. All files remain in the user’s connected cloud storage and are accessed in real-time for display purposes only.
These Terms of Condition govern your access to and use of the Filesquid Wix applicationand associated file viewing interfaces. By installing or using our services, you agree to bebound by these fluid standards. Last updated: October 2024.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Filesquid ("we," "us," "the Squid") provides a fluid architected platform for file management within the Wix ecosystem. By accessing our interface, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
We reserve the right to evolve these terms as our "Fluid Intelligence" expands. Your continued use following updates constitutes acceptance of the new architecture.
2. User License & File Viewer Interface
Filesquid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the fileviewer interface for personal or professional document interaction.
Permitted Use
Viewing, organizing, and managingauthorized file assets through the AzureCephalopod dashboard.
Prohibited Acts
Reverse engineering the Octopus logic,unauthorized data scraping, or by passing file restrictions.
3. Wix App Integration
As a dedicated Wix application, Filesquid operates within the boundaries of the Wix AppMarket terms. Users must maintain a valid Wix account to utilize the full extent of our fluid architecture.
4. Data Integrity & Security
While the Azure Cephalopod protects your data with robust intelligence, the ultimate security of your account credentials rests with you. Filesquid uses industry-standard encryption for all file transfers.
Disclaimer: We are not liable for data loss resulting from unauthorized access to yourprimary Wix account.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Filesquid interface at our discretion,particularly in cases of repeated violation of these fluid standards.
6. Third-Party Services
Filesquid integrates with third-party services including, but not limited to, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Microsoft OneDrive.
Filesquid is not affiliated with these services and does not control their availability, performance, or functionality.
We are not responsible for any disruptions, data loss, API changes, or service outages caused by these third-party providers.
7. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for managing, organizing, and securing their files within their connected cloud storage accounts.
Filesquid does not modify, delete, or manage user files and is not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to user data originating from the cloud storage provider.
8. Limitation of Liability
Filesquid is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or continuous availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filesquid shall not be liable for:
